My aim for this blog is to keep you in the DRIVER'S SEAT, while I help SIMPLIFY the buttons and the PROCESS towards your end destination.
Growing up, I played multiple sports and sustained multiple injuries (..said no Physio ever). I feel that I faced my fair share of aches and pains prior to deciding to study Physiotherapy.
One year into the degree and my preconceived thoughts/beliefs about Physiotherapy and the body in general were all DEBUNKED. And 2 years into the study I was sure that, this is what I would want to pursue and “do for life”.
Ever since, I’ve remained a “Physio for life” and am highly passionate to find out more and better my knowledge of the body, especially the musculoskeletal system. Over the past few years, Ive surrounded myself and been mentored by some of the leading Physiotherapists and Specialists in the Southern Hemisphere (and probably the world) - especially in the area of spinal-related pain.
I feel a strong responsibility to share this information and make my services accessible to all who need it.
In this blog, I will aim to share bite-sized pointers and answer frequently asked questions of common injuries, aches and pains. This will:
